Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held longer than traditional yoga classes, often with the support of props such as a bolster or a folded blanket. This relaxing method allows you to sink into a state of deep relaxation without exerting any effort in holding the pose.

Allow the poses to stretch and relax your body and mind. Reiki will be used to enhance your experience of relaxation and muscle tension. Reiki is a form of energy healing that has been used for centuries to help with stress, anxiety, tension, etc.

Restorative Yin Yoga is a stretch class that will loosen your muscles. The gentle flow and restorative yoga postures will deepen relaxation.

This yoga class will melt stress and leave you feeling rested and ready for bed. What a great way to end your week! We begin with a couple gentle restorative poses to unwind. Resting into an extended savasana while enjoying the relaxing effects of essential oils, reiki and hot stones while being guided step by step into your journey as you move into a meditative state.
Looking for one on one yoga? Christine Martin will come to your home and bring the yoga class to you. Get your yoga bolster so you can practice breathing exercises.

Treat yourself to a deeply healing and meditative experience. This class blends  gentle Kundalini (pranayama, mantras, mudras) and Reiki to Restorative poses all to help nourish your nervous system. Leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and grounded.

Samsara Wellness Yoga Protocol

Pre-Registration

All spaces are available to book up to 4 days in advance and the registration cut-off for all classes is 4 hours prior to the class start time.

A minimum of 2 people are required for each class.

Pre-registration is available through Samsara Wellness Place, Facebook and Instagram.

A Zoom link will be emailed approximately 2 hours prior to the start time.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, we require a minimum 4 hours notice of any cancellation.

Late Arrival Philosophy

It is recommended that you sign into the Zoom session a minimum 5 minutes in advance of the scheduled start time so we can respect everyone and start the class on time.

Yoga Waiver

A yoga waiver must be submitted 4 hours prior to your first class and must be renewed annually.
