Stretch and Restore Classes
Stretch and Restore classes will help eliminate aches and pains we deal with from sitting at desks, overtraining our muscles and will help with posture and balance.
You will be guided you through a series of seated and standing stretches.
These classes are an excellent way to stretch and relax your muscles and joints, often with the support of props such as a bolster or a folded blanket. This relaxing method allows you to sink into a state of deep relaxation without exerting any effort in holding the pose.
